I'm back in the suppliers' world, starting with a few months in Bershka's woven department. After that, I launched the Kids and Teen department for Lefties, and later, I transitioned to Pull&Bear's circular department.
As the designer in charge of Pull&Bear's department, my main responsibility has been to revitalize a division that had seen a decline in sales. In the first four months, I secured 18 new orders, reestablishing a strong workflow and fostering a solid team dynamic with the client. I manage a department consisting of three pattern makers and three garment technicians, ensuring efficient teamwork and seamless communication with the client.
My strong technical knowledge has been key in improving the quality of techniques used in production while also optimizing the overall manufacturing process. I have provided effective solutions to a team that previously struggled to find alternatives to production challenges, enhancing problem-solving skills within the department and increasing efficiency.
